Hello & welcome
On initial meetings we try to understand who you are, what you need and how we can help you.
We elaborate on what kind of team you need, what skills are required, while also taking your local personal into consideration.
Recruitment
We initiate the recruitment. We act as the first filter to ensure high quality candidates. if a partners wishes, we can include different test cases, reviews or other elements in the process.
Evaluation
Having a team remotely requires regular reviews of the team. We do meetings every 3-6 months to ensure that candidates thrive in their environment. We look at the actual work, the team, the client and from the feedback, we evaluate if there are elements that we can improve on in the cooperation.
Continuation
We advice our clients to do meetings with us at least every 6 months. We want to know how things are going and if there is anything we can do better. At the same time, we share our view on the team and if we believe anything can be improved by us, the client or the team.
